VaultCX

Built by researchers, for research that has to hold up

VaultCX — Powered by RapidSay

Most customer feedback tools are built for a dashboard. They collect a rating, average it, and put a number on a screen. That works until someone asks which branch is responsible, what the detractors actually said, or whether the sample is balanced — and then the tool runs out.

What we built instead

VaultCX started from the research side of the problem: quota control so a sample stays balanced, branching and piping so a long instrument still feels short, loop blocks so a multi-product study does not need a variable dictionary, and SPSS-style output so analysts can finish the work where they already work.

Then we made the operational side match: three distribution channels including WhatsApp, tokenized links so responses attach to the right contact, and AI that reads every open-text answer rather than a sample of them.

Multi-tenancy from day one

Every organisation on the platform is fully isolated — its own data, users, branding and configuration. That was a foundation decision, not a later enterprise feature, and it is why agencies and groups can run several brands side by side without compromise.
