- What is included in the trial?
- The complete feature set — every module, every channel, every report — with 1,000 messages a year. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier during the trial.
- What counts as a message?
- Each survey invitation or reminder sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Usage is metered transparently and cycles annually.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. You can move between tiers at any time as your programme grows, and your surveys, contacts and reports carry over untouched.
- Do I get my own branding and sender identity?
- Yes, from day one of the trial. Each company gets its own branding, its own SMS sender ID and its own fully isolated data.
- Are custom volumes available?
- Yes. Volumes above the Gold tier are quoted individually — contact us with your expected annual message volume.
